Lexton was established in 1987 as a full service real estate asset management firm that provided asset management services to over 30 financial institutions. The portfolio for these clients was comprised of all types of commercial real estate properties with a collective value of around $300 million. The company soon evolved into investing on its own account, and was successful in the purchase of several of real estate loan portfolios with a face value in excess of $150 million.
As the market and the prospect of opportunities improved, Lexton further evolved into a commercial real estate investment and development firm. The investment philosophy of the company is based on conservative underwriting standards and sound capital structures. As a result, a loyal group of investor/partners have participated in the acquisition or development of over $100 million of commercial real estate assets.
Lexton continues to maintain a commitment to integrity and excellence and has worked hard to earn its good reputation in the real estate industry.
